UCCSC 2014 Sponsor Logistics

Thank you for your support of UCCSC! We’re thrilled you will be part of our event, and your involvement ensures the 300+ University of California attendees of UCCSC will remain on top of technology trends, and discover new and better ways to do their work.

Below you’ll find some vital details and important information regarding UCCSC. Please read this page carefully, and feel free to contact me with any questions.

Your Staff Participants

Please register the members of your staff who will represent your company for UCCSC, so we have their name and a nametag for them at our registration desk.  Please click on the link,, select the correct sponsorship level and register your staff.


Meals at UCCSC

Coffee and tea, and assorted beverages will be available throughout the day. Three lunches for Silver-level and four for Gold-level sponsors will be made available to the members of your team staffing your exhibit space. As a courtesy to our attendees, please do not eat meals while staffing your booth.


Demo Presentation Space details

Space in the sponsors exhibit hall will be available for both Gold and Silver sponsors for demo presentations.  A podium, microphone, projector, screen and laptop will be provided.  Gold sponsors will also be offered classroom space for their presentations.


Exhibition Space Details

As a sponsor you receive an exhibition table, which will be in the Golden Gate and City Lights conference rooms.  Exhibit tables are 5’ x 2 and include a power outlet, and three banquet chairs. Gold sponsors can be provided an additional table if needed as well as four chairs.  Please contact Kristan Beynon,, if an additional table is needed.

All other displays and materials (including power strips) are the exhibitor’s responsibility.

Please note: you may not tape, tack, nail or hang anything from the conference center walls. You also may not bring any inflated balloons into the space; if they get loose they set off smoke detectors.


Exhibition Load In/Out

Load in will begin at 7:00am on the day of UCCSC, and exhibit spaces must be set up by 8:00 am, when attendees will begin to arrive and register for the day.

Directions for Load In/Load Out:

In front of the 500 Paranssus Millberry Union Building there is a WHITE  ZONE and also 5 meters for Commercial Truck parking only.  This is the easiest way to load in and out if you have a lot of equipment.

Another option would be to park your vehicle in the Public Parking Lot adjacent to the 500 Parnassus building, and use the elevator access up to “Parnassus” B1 Level.   The Gym is on the main lobby entrance at the street level.


Shipping Materials in Advance

If you’d like to ship any materials to the conference center, you may do so.  Please note materials should not arrive sooner than Friday August 1st.

Be sure to label all sent materials with “UCCSC 2014”, your company name, and “Box # of ##” on the outside.
